Curt M. Curts Builders LLC have constructed fine homes of distinction since the early 1950s. Our business builds custom residential homes of all styles in the $400,000 to $2,000,000+ price range. We build 4 to 6 homes a year so we are able to give full attention to detail work. Curt and his son build primarily in the Carmel, Zionsville, and Indianapolis northside areas.

Curt, and his son Chris, are second and third-generation builders. Curt trained under the skilled guidance of his father, Marvin Curts, and mother, Thelma, who were known for building prestigious homes all around the north side of Indianapolis since 1950. Curt worked closely with his parents throughout high school, college and until he took over the family business in the mid 1980s. He graduated from Purdue University in 1977, with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. A generation later, Chris has followed similar footsteps from his past. Chris has trained alongside with Curt continuing a third generation of building. He graduated from Wabash College in 2003 with a B.A. liberal arts, along with being a licensed realtor. Chris’s father and mother, Linda, all run the business together. Linda graduated from DePauw with a B.A. in Zoology and Spanish. In May of 2001, she received a M.B.A. from Butler University.

Because Curt M. Curts builders have so many years of experience in building, they are familiar with all aspects of the trade. Their expertise include: value pricing of homes, drafting many of the actual floor plans used, staking, surveying and placing of each home according to the best possible fit to meet the engineering requirements of the land, and demonstrating superior knowledge of landscape architecture. The Curts building team take pride in working with the buyer to help them create their ideal home. The family business has long-standing relationships with both subcontractors and suppliers, which is a testament to their loyal work within the building trade.

From the initial design phase through the final inspection, they work directly with the buyer to create the ideal finished home. Curt M.
